Prisma House is a residence named after the pure geometry that shapes its form and the way natural light is transformed into architectural substance. Located on a gently sloped site, the house unfolds through a clear gesture: a tilted roof aligned with the terrain axis that organizes the volume into two horizontal bands.
This strategy produces a front façade with sculptural presence, defined by taut lines, strategic voids, and a generous opening that vertically connects both levels.
The entrance unfolds through a series of illuminated floating steps, reinforcing the theatrical experience of arrival and framing the building with refined elegance. Inside, a helical staircase acts as the symbolic heart of the project, organizing views, circulation, and the spatial program around it.
Transparent enclosures create a seamless connection between the garden and the pool, merging indoors and outdoors into one continuous architectural gesture. At night, lighting design enhances surfaces and textures, turning the house into a luminous object in the landscape.
