Karv One Design teamed up with Vanke real estate to conduct an experiment for sustainable development of home and community with a design that brings disruptive changes to the conventional real estate marketing model. Based on the concept of »Homeland Childhood·Dream«, the project revived the pursuit of better living and created China’s first children-themed sales centre, which also coincides with Vanke’s strategy of becoming an urban amenity service provider.
