STATUS
Under Construction
Developer JacMax commissioned Cera Stribley and Studio Piet Boon to design 15 grand homes in the heart of Brighton, Australia.

Drawing inspiration from the local character of the Brighton area, Cera Stribley's low-rise sculptural architectural design stretches across the rare corner block, making use of the site’s vastness, elevation, and north-facing light through a dynamic articulation inspired by coastal rhythms and classical proportions.

Studio Piet Boon, inspired by the balanced Brighton lifestyle, brings their signature Dutch design ethos to Boxshall. Studio Piet Boon's interior design approach combines functionality, character, and sensory engagement. Grand volumes are emphasized with full-height windows, doors, and built-in cabinets, while integrated shelving and niches invite artistic object compositions. Adjacent to the expansive living and dining areas, enclosed studies provide focused tranquility. Kitchens achieve a balance between scale and minimalism, featuring stone islands, concealed appliances, and built-in shelves. Master bedrooms offer bespoke floor-to-ceiling timber walk-in robes, and bathrooms exude opulence with stone vanities and freestanding bathtubs. Each ground floor home seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, capturing natural light and beautiful gardens through long sightlines and sliding glazed doors. The palette of natural materials, including marble travertine and grained timber, adds warmth to the serene atmosphere.

The built form is wrapped in lush landscaping by Myles Baldwin, whose signature tonal and layered green planting creates a biophilic effect. The architecture works in harmony with the landscaping to offer green outlooks at every turn.

Boxshall Street is a boutique residential property development in Brighton, Australia. For this project Studio Piet Boon and Cera Stribley have collaborated with leading landscape architects Myles Baldwin Design.
